How to connect your eBay account

CardLuma publishes listings to your eBay account through eBay's official, secure sign-in. You stay in control — connect when you're ready, and disconnect anytime.

Before you start

An active eBay seller account.
A CardLuma account (the 14-day free trial requires no credit card).

Connect in a few steps

In CardLuma, open Settings → eBay connection.
Click Connect eBay. You'll be taken to eBay's own sign-in page.
Sign in on eBay and review what you're authorizing.
Approve, and eBay returns you to CardLuma — you're connected.

What CardLuma asks permission to do

CardLuma requests the access it needs to create and manage your card listings on your behalf — for example, creating listings and applying your business policies. You authorize this through eBay directly; CardLuma never sees your eBay password.

You're always in control

You review listings before they publish — nothing goes live without you.
You can disconnect eBay from CardLuma at any time.
You can also revoke access from your eBay account settings.

If sync ever fails

If a connection or sync issue occurs, reconnect from Settings → eBay connection. Still stuck? Contact support and we'll help.
