Pricing FAQ
Do unused monthly scans roll over?
Monthly plan scans reset each billing cycle. If you regularly need more, add a never-expiring add-on pack or move up a plan.
Do add-on scans expire?
No. Add-on scan packs are one-time and never expire — use them whenever you need them.
When should I buy add-ons vs. upgrade?
Buy an add-on pack for an occasional spike (a big break or a backlog). Upgrade your plan when your normal monthly volume has grown.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens after the trial?
The 14-day trial requires no credit card. When you're ready, pick the plan that matches your volume to keep listing.
Does CardLuma only work with eBay?
No. CardLuma is eBay-first because eBay listing quality, item specifics, pricing, and relisting are core to most card sellers — see eBay listing software. CardLuma also supports sellers who use Shopify and Whatnot workflows, so cleaned-up card data can be reused beyond eBay.
Is Shopify included in every plan?
Yes, Shopify support is included with the platform unless otherwise noted on your plan.
How does CardLuma support Whatnot?
CardLuma helps prepare clean, organized card data for Whatnot selling workflows. Export your inventory as a CSV from CardLuma and import it into Whatnot, then use CardLuma's identification, pricing, and organization to manage cards before live sales or post-show fulfillment.
