Selling channels · WhatnotWhatnot workflows with CardLuma
CardLuma helps you prepare clean, organized card data for Whatnot live selling. You identify, price, and organize cards in CardLuma, then move that inventory into Whatnot using a CSV export.
How it works today: CardLuma supports Whatnot through CSV export — you export your inventory as a CSV from CardLuma and import it into Whatnot. This is not a direct/API integration, live sync, or automated listing.
What CardLuma supports today
- Card identification and item data you can reuse for live selling.
- Real eBay sold comps so you price cards before you go live.
- Inventory organization — batches, tags, SKUs, and custom batch names.
- CSV export of that organized inventory for import into Whatnot.
Step by step
- Scan and verify in CardLuma. Identify cards, fill in details, and check pricing in your normal workflow.
- Export your inventory as a CSV. Export the organized card data from CardLuma as a CSV file.
- Import the CSV into Whatnot. Upload the CSV into Whatnot to populate your inventory for shows.
Prepare inventory for a live show
Before a show, run your cards through identification and pricing so every card has an accurate name and a defensible price. Use batches and tags to group what you'll sell so you can find cards fast on stream.
Use pricing and organization data
The sold comps and organization you build in CardLuma travel with the export, so you walk into the show knowing what each card is and roughly what it should bring.
Post-show fulfillment
Because your inventory is already organized by batch, tag, and SKU, matching claims to cards and shipping after the show is far less of a scramble.
Known limitations
- No direct Whatnot integration, API connection, or automated listing sync.
- No live two-way inventory sync — the path is export from CardLuma, import into Whatnot.
