We built CardLuma for sellers. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't do creepy tracking.

What We Collect

We collect only what's needed to run the service:

• Your account info (email, login details)
• The images and data you upload
• Basic usage data so we know what's working
• Payment details handled securely by Stripe (we don't store card numbers)

How We Use It

We use your information to:

• Run the platform
• Generate the listings and outputs you request
• Keep accounts secure
• Improve reliability and performance

That's it.

AI & Your Data

• Your uploads are processed to give you results
• We do not train public or third-party AI models on your content
• We may analyze anonymized usage patterns to improve the product
• You're always responsible for verifying outputs before publishing listings

What We Don't Do

Let's be clear:

• We don't sell your personal data
• We don't share data for advertising
• We don't track you across other websites
• We don't train external AI models on your content
