Getting startedHow to start your first CardLuma batch
From card images to eBay-ready listings in one pass. Here's the whole flow — you review everything before anything publishes.
The first-batch checklist
- Upload card images. Drag in a stack from your computer, or scan a QR code and shoot the cards with your phone — images drop straight into the batch.
- Review card matches. CardLuma identifies each card against 10M+ records. Confirm matches; low-confidence ones are flagged for a quick check.
- Check item specifics. Set, parallel, serial number, grade, and more auto-fill. Edit anything you want.
- Set price. Real sold comps surface so you can price with confidence.
- Apply seller rules. Shipping policy, store category, and best-offer settings apply automatically from your rules.
- Publish or save as draft. Send straight to eBay, or save drafts to publish later.
Tips for a clean first batch
- Good, even lighting and a flat surface improve match accuracy.
- Front and back images help with parallels and serial numbers.
- Set your seller rules once — every future batch reuses them.
